MOSAK’s research team has been formally trained by the prestigious Burke Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since 2000, MOSAK has conducted more than 600 focus groups, 100 mini-lab sessions and 100 phone studies for clients in various industries.

MOSAK researchers pride themselves on doing more than simply restating key findings from a project. Instead, they provide the context and interpretation that help clients learn more than just what participants said, they also explain what the results mean and suggest what can be done with them.

Andrew Jones, Vice President of Research & Analysis, has more than ten years of experience in research and analysis and has moderated hundreds of focus groups and triads. In addition, Jones excels at one-on-one interviews with executives for B2B research. Jones uses his experience to design methodologies that incorporate the best practices of quantitative and qualitative research to provide both the breadth and depth of information our clients need.

Tiziana Catania, Research Analyst, received her Master’s Degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has been able to bring the most recent processes of strategic planning and research methodologies to her current position. Catania has strengthened MOSAK’s ability to provide superior research services by performing advanced statistical analysis. Catania utilizes SPSS and other analytical tools to interpret thousands of responses to MOSAK’s quantitative studies. Catania uses her experience to perform comprehensive analysis and prepare detailed reports with clearly defined
action items.
